Our fish is a selection from commerical fishers and local suppliers as well as Neil's own catch.
We then pack the fresh fillets or whole fish into specialised bags and Vacuum pack them.
The Vacuum machine removes most of the air, and then completely seals the bag to keep all the freshness locked inside.
The benefits of this include:

- Reduces freezer burn in deep freeze
- Allows for bulk purchase without risk of product loss
- Stops bacteria and cross contamination between foods, while all the goodness, flavor and freshness is trapped inside
