Our fish is a hand picked selection, from the best of our catch, onboard the F.V. TEMPTATION.
Neil Hosking then uses his specialised skills to fillet each fish, being careful to remove all bones* and off-cuts, leaving you with a ready to cook, no waste, quality piece of fish.
We then pack the fresh fillets or whole fish in to specialised bags and Vacuum pack it.
The Vacuum packing machine removes most of the air, and then completely seals the bag to keep all the freshness locked inside.
